Very quick to respond , very polite and capable .

Very nice chap, although his English wasnt perfect. He came to look at problem exactly when he said he would, picked up new fittings then returned next day exactly on time to fit. Clean and tidy work His 3 well behaved small children played round the house while he worked for 20 mins. That was no problem at all for me, but bear in mind if children round the house not what you expect..

Sam responded quickly to my checkatrade request and provided a detailed quote which he stuck to. Communication was ok but could be better Sam is exceptionally polite. What was excellent was his work ethic, tidiness and thoroughness during 2 visits in exceptionally hot weather. Would use again and do recommend.
