    Misleading advice, filter cleaning issues and cert wrongly generated

    Asked if components are cleaned with service,replied yes,on day got told only covered via strip service,but that filter would be cleaned. However filter was not cleaned until I reminded engineer,he said that forgot,the cleaning involved removing magnetic and rinsing it.I explained that previous engineer flushed filter,he said not required. Found Manufacturer instructions that say that filter should be flushed, I called firm explaining that,later company director agreed to come over to do it. Asked to pay before having an invoice and cert,cert emailed with wrong model,this was later amended OK.

    Hello Pedro, we are quite shocked to have received this review from you as we believe we resolved any issues brought to our attention by yourself. There is no regulation in place or requirement to clean a system filter during a boiler service. Our engineer is correct to refuse to clean the filter due to the poor location and position of the filter caused by a bad installation of your boiler. When you call our office to inform us of this our company director attended and cleaned the filter to your satisfaction. We are unsure why a bad review has been left as we believe the issues to be resolved

    Emergency callout

    Had to have emergency callout through my insurance company as the boiler stopped working at 5o'clock on a Friday . Engineer AJ was on the doorstep within 15 minutes! He fixed the problem within 10 minutes then checked the system. He was very pleasant and polite.

    Gas safety check and boiler service

    Friendly, professional boiler service and gas safety check. The engineer explained what needed to happen clearly (in basic terms!) and completed the work quickly. We will definitely be using tripleA again, thank you! Great price too.

    Gas boiler repair and installation

    Called for emergency as the gas boiler stopped working on a Monday morning. They visited the same day and found the fan inside has broke down. Decided to replace the boiler with a new one as the warranty of the old one expired. the next day they installed the new one. Even helped with a temporary room heater for the night before that. Excellent service.
