We have been delighted with the service from Trio Flooring. We immediately felt comfortable with the advice given by Michelle in the showroom, who took time to discuss our needs without pressuring us in any way. She was reassuring and knowledgeable, lending out many flooring samples until we were happy with our choice. The installation was very efficient and professional, including the plumber organised by Trio. All was finished ahead of schedule. We were delighted there was so little mess as the fitters cleaned up as they worked. The company was a pleasure to deal with start to finish. Office staff very efficient. Floor fitters did a very good job paying attention to detail and took care in their work. Prior to fitting I was impressed with schedule to confirm dates, times, what work they would be doing and who would be doing it. Our showroom is open Tuesday - Friday 10am-4pm and by appointment every other Saturday. We always recommend you call ahead just to check we're not with another customer.
