Boiler lost system pressure

Our domestic heating kept losing system pressure over a few hours, JPJ came and quickly assessed the problem and contacted the warranty for a new part which they would have to install. Due to a mishap on the part of the booking side ,we did not hear anything, so a quick call to JPJ and they quickly resolved the problem and we rebooked with the warranty people. The guys at JPJ were not happy about the situation and delay so fitted a comparable part until the new part arrived. All in all an outstanding company work ethic ,they continued to monitor the situation until resolution.

Disappointed

Really disappointed. Had an appointment booked in for beginning of December, unfortunately due to personal issues he had to cancel. (This is not based on that, as that is completely understandable !)
I was then told I’d be contacted to get rebooked in … it’s now been over a week and they haven’t replied to my voicemail or tried to rebook me in. Especially in this weather, my boiler really needed looking at!!
