Joseph from Trident carried out a pre-purchase damp survey for us today. He was thorough, honest and transparent about the costs, and more reasonable than other quotes we’ve received. Would definitely recommend.

Came to sort out a rising damp issue in our property - Joseph attended our property free of charge to take a look which was so nice. We were quoted more from another larger company and Joseph's price was the best so decided to go with Trident. Joseph completed a pre purchase damp survey for a property we’re buying. The report was thorough, clear, and provided quotes for the remedial work and a site plan, plus further recommendations in other areas (such as getting a roofer and plumber in to look at other issues). The report was provided the same day as the survey, and gave us everything we needed to help negotiations with the vendor. 5 star service, thank you!

Trident provided the perfect service to help with the damp issue at my house. They came round to inspect the issues and decided the best plan of action. They then consulted with me to decide what was necessary immediately and what could be addressed later down the line. The work was pretty extensive however the team carried it out speedily and efficiently and walked me through every stage of the process. I would 100% recommend, trustworthy & knowledgeable on all fronts.
