I contacted Trident Damp for a survey regarding a possible leak. Joseph was very thorough and really knows his stuff. He was a pleasure to deal with; professional, friendly and down to earth. He has certainly helped put my mind at ease. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I contacted Trident to ask for advice about whether I needed a survey to establish whether some building work being carried out on a flat above mine might cause a damp issue. Joseph was very helpful, taking time to explain clearly and talk through the issue, and advised that no survey was necessary. I will certainly contact Trident in the future if I need a damp specialist company for any reason.

Faultless. All completely in one day by the two very hard working lads who completed the work. They especially took care to protect the house and as little damage as possible.

We got in touch with Joseph at Trident after receiving several recommendations for his work from family members who had used his damp repair services. We required a specialist damp survey on a flat in a Victorian conversion property after our homebuyer's survey picked up high damp readings. Joseph was extremely swift and communicative, provided thorough findings and a reasonable repair quote, and very patient in answering any questions. We ultimately decided not to proceed with the purchase in part due to his insights, which we feel was the right call. Highly recommended.

Trident did a brilliant job. The communication with Joseph was brilliant. He came around and advised on the best solution/ took measurements, etc. Joseph even fitted me in when they had a cancellation, which meant I could get the works done within my preferred timelines. His team did an amazing job on the day. They turned up on time, completed the works to a high standard and cleared up after. I used Trident Damp before and they are my to-go-to company for any damp issues. Can highly recommend Trident and could not be happier with the jobs they have completed for me.

Joseph was responsive to emails and arrived on time. On inspection he tested for damp and advised that the problem was not rising damp but caused by condensation. He was very knowledgeable and gave me advice and sent me remedy information by email. Thank you Joseph. You were an absolute pleasure to deal with!
