We have used Trident before, so when this job needed doing I didn't hesitate. Mr Crossley and his team were punctual, efficient, tidy and hardworking, paying attention to detail throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. They demolished the outhouse, cleared debris, made good the brickwork to the rear of the garage and fitted a new double glazed door. They also carried out some upvc paneling.

They worked very hard and did a very good job. I was very pleased with it all.

It was a nightmare from start to finish, constantly chasing them, no communication, kept taking men of the job to do work elsewhere, had to end up getting someone else in to put things right. It took12 weeks to complete. I was not a happy customer, would never recommend them.

The two men who bore the brunt of the work worked extremely hard. The roofer is an artist of his craft.
