Having had an independent damp survey we were in need of a specialist to undertake the work required on two sides of the property Stuart explained very throughly what was needed to repair the damage, when they were to start and how long the job would take. He and Aaron were never late and left everything tidy at the end of each day. We are delighted with the finished work and I would throughly recommend Tri-County Preservations

Stuart and Aaron persevered through the awful weather with a significant programme of works for wall-ties, repointing and brick repairs. Very pleased with their quality of work, tidiness and customer service. Recommended.

Stuart was the best of 5 quotes for the work. He's knowledgeable and patient when explaining what is needed, and how the job will be carried out. Methodical, tidy work and excellent service all round - on time, on budget and quality work delivered. Stuart's colleague Aaron also provided a high standard of work. Happy to recommend, and expect to instruct for further work on other future projects.

The work completed by Tri-County Preservation was of the highest standard. Stuart managed to preserve and reinstate the old skirting boards and his plastering is excellent. Punctual and polite, it was a pleasure to have Stuart around and each day the working area was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended .

I thought my damp proof had failed. I felt damp a room wall. Contaced Stuart. Who came to survey area. He was thorough, explained my readings were not accurate. He assured me his readings were all clearly within the normal expected in a domestic property. The outside, damp proof course and airbricks were suveyed, they were sound. I was relieved, having been worried all week. I told him to charge me for the call out. Stuart was very gracious and declined saying he was on his way home and glad to help. He certainly did that as he put my mind at ease. A truly honsest, honorable tradesman.

Stuart (and Aaron) did an incredible job converting our cold, extremely damp cellar into an unbelievable living space which we had never thought was possible. It was soon apparent that, in addition to being a damp proof specialist, Stuart is an extremely accomplished builder and carpenter. He has an eye for detail, is solution focussed and all of the work was completed to a very high standard. He project managed the whole conversion, was on site every day and sourced and coordinated the other trades, ie electrician and plumber as required. We could not recommend him more.
