Tony was fantastic! He came in to help fix a valve issue for our underfloor heating. Easy to reach throughout the entire project & communicated clearly every step of the way. He took the time to fully understand the issue and came well-prepared with all the right information and tools. The job was done perfectly – he took his time and clearly cared about doing it right. He also did an excellent job explaining things, keeping us updated, and reassuring my (very anxious) self throughout the process. Couldn't recommend more, we will be using his services again for other jobs we have in the future

Tony was amazing in an emergency and came and fixed a leak at short notice. He was friendly and professional. Really happy with his service and I am now booking him in to replace my bathroom. Highly recommend

Despite calling on a Sunday regarding a leaking shower unit, Tony replied immediately to my message and agreed to come on Monday. The whole process from telling me straight away what the costs would be to coming in and fixing the issue was faultless. I would definitely recommend this company.
