Trevor gave me a competitive quote. He went out of his way to order a replacement window pane which was no longer in production. He and Dave arrived at the agreed time and worked efficiently. I really appreciated that they worked round my work schedule and came out to me on their day's off. They were happy to resolve any issues promptly. My home was left clean and tidy afterwards. Fixed my bathroom window with no hassle. Came within 2 days of first contact and turned up exactly when he said he would. Also gave really good advice on a sliding door which has saved me money on another call out.

I was contacted within a few minutes of submitting the request. Less than half an hour later Trevor turned up and with a few blows of a hammer (which I hadn't dared to do) fixed the problem!

I needed a couple of panels on my conservatory roof pushed back into place to stop the rain coming in and Trevor and his team did a very good job. They reset the slipped panels then checked all the others aswell before individually re-sealing each one. All at a reasonable cost too.
