Trevor Coffen undertook the work in two phases over a period of 12 months approx. In each case the work was undertaken to an exceptional standard of quality and it was interesting to note that all our neighbors were effusive in praising the quality of work as well! Of particular note was their courtesy, tidiness after finishing the days work and clearing up the whole site at the end of project. The owner Trevor Coffen led from the front and no request was to much trouble. Finally, when our neighbors rotting fence had to be removed to allow access, this was replaced without any add cost :)

We had a patio extension undertaken by Trevor Coffen Construction after a visit to survey/discuss and receiving a formal quote. Their team arrived on time as agreed and they worked hard throughout each day they were here. With the crazy times at present they were very good with maintaining spcial distance etc. Everything that was quoted was undertaken as expected and our garden was left tidy when they finished. We are very happy with everything, the new larger patio is ready to enjoy the rest of our summer!

Actually turned up on the day they said they would. Really clean and tidy just what is needed. Already booked in for next job.

I strongly recommend Trevor Coffen Construction Ltd. After two fences and a post fell apart in strong winds, they came out almost immediately and continued working well into the dark evening. They obviously know what they are doing and dug up the old concrete, took away the old wood, re-concreted and replaced the old post and two fences with speed and efficiency despite the cold! Full marks to Trevor Coffen Construction Ltd.
