Mark visited the property and promptly provided a competitive quote for the works. Communication throughout was excellent. Gary completed the repointing and brick replacement to a very high standard. He was very hard working, friendly and reliable and took great pride in his work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Trent Valley for similar projects.

I cannot rate this company highly enough for all your household building requirements, from start to finish they are a very professional company and the Director Mark is brilliant and cannot do enough for you. All work undertaken is done to the highest standard possible and all workmen are polite, experienced in their field and clean up after the job is complete. A new shower and base was fitted for us. The work was carried out to a great standard and on time. Nothing was too much trouble and Mark was a pleasure to have in the house.

As my husband has severe dementia, it became time to have a safe bathroom installed. We found that Trent Valley was suggested by Check a Trade so contacted them. The firm's director came round to the house and made suggestions for a safe space, previously successful materials and so on. He was very patient throughout. We had to put the work off on more than one occasion because of illness etc. Our house needed rewiring too and TValley were so flexible that both major works could dovetail together with the least amount of disruption. No payment was taken until we were completely satisfied.

Would highly recommend this company. They listened to our ideas, gave constructive feedback. They were transparent with costs. Arrived on time, excellent building work, polite, friendly, cleaned up everyday, left no mess, would definitely use them again.

Gary did a great job removing an old vent and replacing it with some air bricks for our cellar. Gary was friendly, communicative and also gave some good advice on what else we could to to improve our brickwork. Thanks!
