Installation of safety rails and work to make steps safe by putting in half steps, was carried out speedily and efficiently. Quick response to request for help and speedily implemented.

Trent Valley Plumbing & Building carried out various works for us over a two day period. This included replacing our shower unit and shower enclosure, and investigating and resolving a leak from the shower area. Also fitting a new extractor fan in the bathroom, a new radiator in the kitchen, a replacement kitchen tap, an outside tap, and fixing some external pipework. The work was carried out to a very high standard by competent, professional, and friendly tradesmen. Steve, who carried out most of the work, did a great job and we are very pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

From start to finish everything ran smoothly with replacing my wetroom. The quotation provided by Mark was competitive and had links on it so I could choose the wall covering and flooring, other companies didn't do this. Steve the wetroom fitter was efficient, friendly and achieved an excellent standard of work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

I required a walk-in shower for my disabled mother. I went with Trent Valley because the Director provided a thorough quote that considered potential additional costs, which there were many, but ultimately none were applied as the need did not arise, which demonstrates their honesty. The work itself was very good and I was pleased with their willingness to accommodate my wishes. The comms were always good and I have confidence that they will come and sort any future issues related to the work if they arise.

From initial quote to completion our experience has been excellent. It was quite a small job to replace a low wall at the front of our porch, but it was treated with care and professionalism and the design suggested fits perfectly with the house. Ozz who carried out the work was polite, in time did a brilliant job and tidied up after himself so well you’d never know he’d been there apart from our fabulous new wall
