Turned up on time. Sorted the problem straight away

I received a very prompt response to my request for a site visit and quotation. This was arranged for the next morning and the job was completed early that afternoon having picked up and installed a new electric motor/track to the existing garage door. Raz was courteous and very efficient.

Both of my garage doors were struggling to open and close and one of them had a faulty mechanism. Razvan was able to identify the problem areas and fixed them very quickly and now both doors are working well!

Within an hour of submitting my request to Checkatrade I received a telephone call from Trent Doors and Raz arrived fifteen minutes later. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door and supplied and replaced the parts required. Raz kept me updated on his progress throughout. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Trent Doors and would recommend them unreservedly. Many thanks.
