Great friendly service, complete job to a high standard

Andy, from Trelco Plumbers, came to fix what it supposed to be a simple job. It turned out to be a bit more complicated than anticipated and more needed to be done. Not a problem, Andy sorted it out efficiently and professionally. Their rates were fair, well within what I got from other companies. Happy costumer here, I will call them if I need a plumber again.

We’ve been dealing with a recurring blocked sink issue for months and have had multiple plumbers out to try to fix the issue. We tried Trelco plumbing and James was able to figure out what was causing the problem on his first visit and recommend how to solve it. He’s been a delight to deal with - always punctual and friendly - and will be our go to plumber from now on.

James was excellent - efficient, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable. He carried out our gas safety certificate check promptly and with minimal disruption. Great communication throughout and everything was left tidy. Would definitely recommend and use again.
