Hadn’t used this company before but thought I’d give them a go & very pleased I did. After the initial meeting with Nathan, he sent three of his men along to do the work. Great experience. Prompt to visit and quoted. Came well prepared with research as to trees protected . Understood complexity of tree issue being in neighbours property adjacent to several other properties. Nathan and team were super friendly and very professional putting neighbour and us at ease that he will take care of issue and protect garden / surrounding structures from any damage. They were very careful and courteous. Even though job took a little longer invoiced same as quite. Would highly recommend. Turned up agreed a price, said he could do in the next couple of weeks. After 2 weeks passed tried in vain to contact Nathan via text and voicemail message, didn't have the courtesy to reply to any of my message. Tree Solutions are Professional Tree Surgeons in Bournemouth and Poole. Through our vast knowledge and experience we have become well known in Dorset not only as Tree Surgeons but for all other aspects of our work including Hedge Cutting, Stump Removal and of course Tree Surgery.

All of our staff are fully trained Tree Surgeons holding all relevant NPTC Qualifications inline with health and safety and all our work is carried out to BS998 Standards.
Tree Solutions are covered by a £5 million public liability insurance for piece of mind and our staff are covered by £10 million employers liability insurance .
