Asked on the call to text confirm the appointment. They couldn’t even manage that. Flyer in the bin

Had some overgrown conifers trees that had gone a bit too high and messy. Was given a quote a few days before, excepted price, turned up on day agreed and time. Great job done by lovely polite boys ( sorry don't know your names) All trees and branches taken away and left tidy after.Would use again in the future! Thank you very much!

Attended on a day I requested they did not attend, guilted to do the job that day anyway. Completed the work within 1 day, but all of it was wrong. Tried to explain I was not happy with the work, it was not what I asked for, had a very rude response. Very unprofessional. Had all the work re-done but was still very poor quality. The fence has since been reinforced by myself with extra materials as it started to break apart. Asked for a sturdy gate with a heavy duty lock, the lock was put in very poorly and has since broken too. They left mess. Nothing good. Rip off.

The company was punctual and efficient and did a good job.

TR33 provided a great service in the removal of a leylandii tree. The team were prompt, efficient and professional, coming the day after quoting to help remove it. They were done within the day and tidied up leaving the garden in very clean state.
