  Tree shaping and pruning

  Ben was polite and respectful when discussing my request and I felt confident in dealing with him. He was responsive when communicating via the app, and reliable, turning up as arranged. He completed the work without any fuss and cleared up afterwards. I was very pleased with the work he did and the trees look much better now. I would recommend Tree Ninjas

  Tree surgery

  Ben at Tree Ninjas helped with the trimming of two large oak trees which had preservation orders on tyem for my elderly mother and assisted with getting the correct permission from the council which meant the whole experience was painless. Him and his team showed up on time and took all the necessary precautions to make sure it was a safe working environment not only for but the neighbours as well. During the couple of days they worked really hard and was very professional and left everything neat and tidy. We were really glad we got the specialists in to do the job & would recommend them.

  Garden maintenance (longterm)

  Ben does my garden maintenance between the spring and autumn. Its always very respectful and efficient, without disturbing my day as I work from home. Very happy and will continue to hire his services. Highly recommend.

  Very long out of shape hedge around our property

  From the moment they got on to our property they were straight in to the task. It has got over grown and thought we would lose our hedge. But within a couple of hours these people got it back on track. My wife and I pensioners and felt really good to have chosen Hayfords.

  Tree and Hedge Cutting

  From the offset we was very impressed with Ben. He was servicing a neighbour when we approached him and once he’d finished the job he came to speak with us. He listened to what we were after, took our details and emailed us within 12 hours. Within 24 hours the job was done. Ben was informative about what he was doing, came across well and we would highly recommend him. We will be booking him again for next year.
