Jeff's team did a very good job significantly reducing the crown of our Japanese plum tree and pruning our mixed hedge. They were prompt, tidy and respectful. I would definitely use them again should the need arise. Communication was excellent, the price reasonable and the whole service professional. First Class from beginning to end. Turned up on time for quotation which was discussed and price agreed. Paperwork confirming the quote received within 1 hour of leaving. Once quote agreed quickly received date for the job and a reminder the day before. Turned up when promised and did the work quickly and efficiently. Hired Tree Monkeys to cut a silver birch tree in front of my house. The whole process was transparent from the beginning and the price was good for the work I wanted doing. I felt like everything was explained clearly before the work took place and the work conducted was to a really high quality with all the remains taken away by the tree surgeon.
