Adam did a great job removing a large Eucalyptus tree from my garden. Clearly very experienced in the way he got the job done with a minimum of fuss. He left the area clean and tidy removing all of the debris and also logged the trunk for me.

I needed several large trees reducing and trimming. Adam came to quote promptly and arranged a date quickly. Gave good advice about what was needed. Team of three completed the work efficiently and tidily. Polite. Good value.

Adam was amazing. Prompt and responsive, he explained the job and varying levels of removal of the tree that would make it safe and what the costs would be. When he carried out the work he was extremely tidy impressing my neighbours with his work. He even took his leaf blower to the front garden which he didn’t need to do. He made a really neat and safe job of felling a large willow tree that other tree surgeons had turned down years before. He was communicative even starting the job earlier than planned when he had a cancellation. He kept me in the loop with his progress.

Adam made contact with us promptly and diverted from other work the next day to view the job personally and give a quote on the spot. Any follow-up questions were answered fully and a date mutually agreed. All work was carried out speedily with the minimum of disruption. They used electric chainsaws which kept noise to a minimum. The job was completed in about two hours and everything was tidied up with all debris removed. We were very happy with the service and would recommend to others and use again.

Treecycle called for the job almost immediately and way ahead of others. The price was reasonable and the job carefully and promptly done. Adam was happy to trim back further here and there and to discuss the job. Both men were cheerful, and polite. Many thanks.
