  Full internal renovation, project management, structural changes, new staircases, bathroom install

  Glen and Ted managed the project very well with excellent work done by their whole team who we came to know well. We had extensive internal renovations with demolition works, new structural openings, new staircases installed, new bathroom fit out, electrics and plumbing replaced throughout, there were many other elements of work undertaken and all done to a high standard. The initial scope of works was understood and we were able to revise the work as needed. We were provided with clear costs and an accurate timeline for completion. We would recommend Tredstone and use them again in future.

  Creating self-contained living accommodation

  Rear partial wrap round extension

  I appointed Glen & Ted at Tredstone to build a single storey partial wrap round extension on the rear of my house. We had several meetings about the build and everything was explained how it would progress and we agreed payment dates for each stage of the build. They started on the agreed date and we only encountered a couple of things which were building control related which both Glen and Ted got round easily. The extension was completed on time and on the quote given. I would recommend Glen & Ted at Tredstone as I'm very happy with the extension they built.

  Ground works and internal soundproofing

  We have recently used Glen and his team at Tredstone twice for some external groundwork’s and an internal soundproofing installation. From Day 1 communication was excellent. We were provided with sound, professional and honest advice during the quote process and the team carried out their work diligently with the end product on both occasions of great standard. I would have no problem recommending Tredstone and will certainly be using them again. Thank you Glen and team

  Structural repair to oak post in kitchen

  I would highly recommend Glen and Tredstone, will definitely use them again. Knowledgeable, courteous, works with urgency. Previously 3 structural engineers/builders looked at why our kitchen beams had come away from the ceiling concluding green oak shrinkage. Not convinced, we reached out to Glen who dropped by straight away. Far more tenacious than the other builders, he organised an oak specialist to visit us with him. Glen investigated, identified and solved the issue being a rotten foot of the post and were very lucky that the beams had not collapsed. Fixed quickly and cost effectively.

  Interior fit out and reconfiguration of residential project

  Efficient project management within budget and on time. It was a major project lasting 5 months, involving numerous trades: demolition of interior walls / removal of 2 bathrooms plumbing, electrical, tiling, plastering, joinery & cabinetry, decorating, hardwood floors, landscaping and supervising AV installation.
