10 Flexible, efficient, with good communications

Job location: EH41Despite being busy, Demy fitted in our urgent job which was to remove an internal door and its frame and to return and re-fit them a few days later, after some plumbing works had been carried out. All accomplished with minimum fuss, a very neat job. Demy was very good with communications, keeping us in the picture throughout. I particularly appreciated that he turned up when he said he would (not everyone does). - TThomas M

They managed to fit me in due to a cancellation and completed the job the same day. They arrived promptly, straight to work, very friendly, hard working, tidied up after job finished.
