Despite calling last minute on a Saturday, they immediately made time for me. Their communication was excellent; I received constant ETA updates. Not only were they polite and helpful, but they also offered extra assistance, moving things in my house that weren't even on the job list. This was an unprofessional and damaging experience from start to finish. The team was late with little warning and seemed unprepared for the job, despite me sending a full item list beforehand. Smelled of weed on arrival. They left many items behind, refused to properly move furniture into the correct rooms, damaged my property, left items on pavement, and even left their own trash behind. The service was not what I paid for and ended with them arguing with me for an hour and the police being called. This company should be avoided at all costs.Verified reviewerJob location: CM7
