This was an unprofessional and damaging experience from start to finish. The team was late with little warning and seemed unprepared for the job, despite me sending a full item list beforehand. Smelled of weed on arrival. They left many items behind, refused to properly move furniture into the correct rooms, damaged my property, left items on pavement, and even left their own trash behind. The service was not what I paid for and ended with them arguing with me for an hour and the police being called. Aaron and Jay were amazing. I can’t sing their praises enough! Great communication, really friendly and no ask was too much! They not only helped with removals but made sure they put everything in the right room in our house. Aaron and his colleague arrived on time and completed the work successfully. The American style fridge freezer was large and heavy but as promised over the phone Aaron was able to successfully remove it for safe disposal. The crew were very courteous and professional. Job location: SS7The trade person Arun was efficient in communicating with me after the initial contact. On the day of the job, he called to indicate approx time of his arrival. He was respectful at the door. I will retain his number for any future jobs
