Second time we’ve used Transport Masters and once again an exemplary service. From the first point of contact, Jay was great. There was a delay in moving but when I spoke to Jay he was able to offer great advice and sensible options which helped take stress off. Due to the delay, Jay even moved a few jobs around to accommodate us; which was really appreciated. On the day, Alex arrived with his colleague. Second time we’ve met Alex through the company and on both times, very professional, courteous, efficient and has a can-do attitude. He disassembled our TV bed in no time. 10/10 service!

The team was so professional, worked so quickly, and moved some really big/heavy pieces without any issues or complaints.

Alex was brilliant during our move and really helped make the whole process feel so smooth. He let us know what time he would be arriving and helped us to load the van before driving to the new house. Very polite, quick and happy to help with anything. Called late in the day for an urgent pick up to replace some items that were not delivered on time by another company. It had to make a next day exhibition truck travelling to Europe. Called at 5:30pm, had a driver in IKEA within the hour. All items delivered the following morning in time for our truck to depart. Just excellent!!!
