Arranged for work to start on the 6th Jan, didn’t show up. Had rescheduled me to the 13th Jan and hadn’t communicated. Then on the 9th Jan emailed me to double my quote. Week before my kitchen arrived. I had to cancel them and find someone else at the last minute. The job took 3 weeks to complete in the end due to this. So I was a single working mum without a kitchen for a month. Clearly didn’t want the job in the end!
