    Damp proofing, other miscellaneous work

    Tramnak conducted extensive damp proofing work in a ground floor flat, and other miscellaneous work in other parts of the building. Their quote was fair, Teddy was a reliable contact throughout the process, their work was high quality and carried out diligently. Highly recommend them for all building works.

    Flat Renovation

    Teddy and his team have recently completed my flat renovation, including moving internal walls, installation of a new bathroom and kitchen, raising floors, installation of underfloor heating and new electrical and boiler systems. Communication is really important to me, and throughout the entire project, including the initial consultation, Teddy was regularly available to talk and offer his advice to me. He was open and transparent with all costs, and gave honest feedback and support for all areas of the work. His team on site were also excellent, working to a standard I am very happy with.

    The quality of workmanship is outstanding, everything was completed to a very high standard on time and within our budget. The extension blends seamlessly with the original structure and the added space has truly transformed our house. We’re extremely pleased with the work and highly recommend their services .
