Richard is an excellent tradesman and does a really good work. I will definitely use Richard again.

He contacted me and arrived at the agreed time. Put up shelves and wall mirror. Measured up for the shelves in two cupboards and a broken glass plain in kitchen door. Arranged to return first week in April.

All the jobs mentioned was done extremely well.

Richard installed a shower head, didn't test to see if it worked but told me it was all good. I tried to use the shower today and it doesn't work, the water doesn't come out. I called Richard to ask if it worked when he tested it and he said "no the water had never come out, sorry". I asked him why he didn't tell me about it when he was here. He got very defensive, said it's not his fault, he said I should have tested the shower myself and he's not taking responsibility for it, then he hung up on me.

Moderate priority problem. Richard made time to carry out initial repair. Plasterboard repair and decoration carried to suit his and our schedules. Finished job showed no signs of there ever having been a any problems.

It was a pleasure meeting Richard who was prompt, professional and has pride of workmanship. I would not hesitate to refer him as I was luckily referred.
