Wonerfull job of new soffits and guttering.

Took away old plastic and guttering that had been up for many years fitted over old rotting timber, took it back to the rafters, re fitted new to a very high standard including re cemented all edge tiles, also replaced facias with the new modern ventalated boarding. Cleaed up every day and kept us informed off all the work as it progressed. I am an retired contract manager and know good workers when I see them, so recommend Mike and his tem without hesitation.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Trade Plastics Building Maintenance. The quality of their work was excellent, and the team was polite and courteous throughout the process. They were always happy to help and made sure everything was just right. We’re really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend them to others.

Replacement and cleaning of guttering

Mike contacted me very quickly after placing advert on Check a trade. He came round later that day to have a look and quoted for the work. Work was carried out very quickly and to a high standard. He and the rest of team of lads were very polite and courteous. Would definitely use again.
