0 Faulty window and won't assess properly or repair under warranty

Although this company are supposed to provide warranty cover for windows , they have said they can't fix a blown window due to impact from something hitting it without even coming to assess. I was there when the window blew from the inside out and saw first hand that nothing had hit it. Must be a faulty window or way it's been fitted to crack from the inside like that and to make an assessment that's incorrect from a photo without bothering to come out is unacceptable.
