10 Couldn’t Be Happier With the Service

Job location: BN27Absolutely fantastic service, especially given this was an emergency. My van started having issues that evening and they arranged for me to drop it off within an hour, with an easy key drop overnight. By 10am the next morning the problem had been diagnosed. After explaining I needed the van back for work on Thursday, they managed to get everything sorted so I could collect it just after 5pm the same day. Quick, efficient and stress-free, with genuinely lovely and friendly staff. Highly recommend.8.67 Honest and reliable

Cannot adequately express how, almost unbelievably, good my experience was. I dread taking my truck in for repairs and maintenance I can’t do myself. An honest garage/mechanic is a rare find and normally the best you can hope for is a half decent job at a price that doesn’t require a remortgage. Despite going over and above on a tricky problem, made worse by incorrect parts supplied by me, James refused to take full whack for the time spent and charged me only what the job was initially worth. I took my car to TQ Mechanix Ltd after a warning symbol appeared on the dashboard. The team carried out a diagnostic check, quickly identified the fault, and completed all the necessary repairs. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the process, and communication was clear from start to finish. I was kept informed about the issue and the work being done, which I really appreciated. Overall, a professional and efficient service. I picked up a puncture at 5:15pm, right before a bank holiday weekend. I managed to limp to TQ, right as they were getting ready to close for the weekend. I had a long journey planned over the weekend, and i was getting ready to cancel it. But James and his team stayed open, sorted a tyre, fitted in and got me back on the road. Fantastic garage.. Fitted me in at short notice .. Very pleased with customer service 10/10.. Worked carried out 10/10 The price was cheaper than 1st quoted as the mechanic finished the jobquicker than expected hence the drop in price..
