I took my car to TQ Mechanix Ltd after a warning symbol appeared on the dashboard. The team carried out a diagnostic check, quickly identified the fault, and completed all the necessary repairs. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the process, and communication was clear from start to finish. I was kept informed about the issue and the work being done, which I really appreciated. Overall, a professional and efficient service. I picked up a puncture at 5:15pm, right before a bank holiday weekend. I managed to limp to TQ, right as they were getting ready to close for the weekend. I had a long journey planned over the weekend, and i was getting ready to cancel it. But James and his team stayed open, sorted a tyre, fitted in and got me back on the road. Fantastic garage.. Fitted me in at short notice .. Very pleased with customer service 10/10.. Worked carried out 10/10 The price was cheaper than 1st quoted as the mechanic finished the jobquicker than expected hence the drop in price..
