Excellent. Tom listened to what we wanted to achieve, advised improvements, and then went to work on it with his team. Stripped out an old bathroom, tiling, plumbing etc to a shell, then rebuilt with new floor, plastering, tiling, pipework, sanitary wear etc. Transformational. Great comms and on budget. Tom was the best, why go anywhere else.

Professional company from start to finish. All the trades were needed, Plumber, Builder, Plasterer, electrician, Painter and Tiler and Tom sourced them all and each new their trade and were all friendly and courteous and you felt at ease with all of them. Work done to perfection and on schedule. Mike the main plumber saw the job through from the beginning to the end and kept us updated at every stage. We would highly recommend this company and continue to use them for future projects.

I call upon Tom Sutton and the TPS team regularly for any plumbing related work, whether it’s for a small job such as a leaking kitchen tap to a bigger investigatory project for an unexplained water leak. They are always helpful and reliable so I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I would recommend them all day long!

Tom was very professional from start to finish - he was good at communicating throughout and was there to answer any queries/concerns along the way. His quote was clear and thorough and professional done online so easy to pay too. He kept a check on the progress of the works and was committed to making sure it was finished. Adam did the works for us - he did a fantastic job of everything and the work was done to a high quality standard and looks very clean and crisp. Adam is a really nice guy and seemed to really care about the work he was doing. Clean and tidy throughout- very considerate

Fantastic service from Tom. Came out same day to trace a leak. This has been an ongoing issue that wasn't easy to find. Tom came back on multiple occasions at no additional charge, all at a time that fitted around my work schedule to fix the issue. Would highly recommend.
