  I had a very poor experience with Tom. He initially quoted £450 for a small repair, which suddenly increased to £800. The issue was not fixed, yet he later returned with a further quote for £15,000 of additional work. After seeking opinions from other reputable roofers, it became clear that these figures were completely unreasonable. The rapid escalation in cost, the lack of resolution, lack of detail quotes and the pressure to commit to major work left me feeling misled. I would strongly advise others to avoid

  The customer called you in regard to his roof, I inspected ridge tiles and chimney which we agreed to repair along with that work was completed but ongoing was the leak. The original roof there was timber boarding underneath which could not be repaired so it had to be refreshed as a new roof.
