The gents in the shop were superb and very helpful - a real credit to their industry. My son had called a different emergency glazer out to 'fix' his window and the guy bodged it and took a whole lot of money. We came to Town End for help and they were amazing, gave loads of advice and spent a lot of time explaining scenarios to us. It was really appreciated and that helped the job get finished quickly. Thank you so much.

Our first front door was botched by our builders, and we were always going to replace it. Towns-End Windows recommended a different door and gave us a quote to install it. They kept us up to date with the delivery and installation date. The job was more involved than they had inticipated because of how badly the first door was fit, but they took their time, all day in fact, to fit our new door perfectly. And they fixed our bathroom window which had not been screwed in on two sides at the bottom by the company we bought our winsows from. Competent, reliable and pleasant chaps. Will use again.

I wanted a pvc door installed on my garage and new windows installed. Great customer service was really easy to discuss what we wanted installed the workmanship was really good and my mother and I are safe and happy the garage is secured. If I need them again I will deff call them up

I had the absolute pleasure of working with this wonderful family-run business for my window repairs, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment I reached out, their warmth, kindness, and genuine care were evident in every interaction. The father, a true master of his craft, and his son, an up-and-coming genius, handled the repairs with incredible skill and attention to detail, treating my home as if it were their own. The mother and daughter were equally amazing, managing everything with grace, making the process completely stress-free. I can’t recommend them highly !

Representative from the company visited to inspect the patio doors; he was reassuring and said that the job was easy. Company emailed me an estimate. I said that I wanted a quotation and asked them to confirm if the price quoted included everything and that there would not be any other charges. They confirmed this by email, said they would send a pro-forma invoice. Invoice arrived, but for an estimate, so I asked for an amended invoice showing ‘quote.’ Despite reminders, I have heard nothing from them since. I feel very let down by this company and would not recommend them.

They knew exactly what they were talking about unlike so many others I've had round. They're a family business and you can tell because they actually care about delivering a good service and leaving you with a proper job done. They're lovely guys and they're clearly top professionals. A++++
