When we made the decision to use this company they honoured the timeline and price for the job in hand. The men arrived and the work commenced which was carried out without fuss or interruption to our lives. The job was in a highly residential area so we were concerned about debris and mess that would be left each day, but we had no worries. Each night was left tidy and safely and the finished job was more than what we imagined. The men were polite and went out of their way to accommodate our safety. We would highly recommend them from our own experience.

Drainage problems at Gardners Quay required a large section of the courtyard to be dug up, and the installation of a DPC membrane, an ACO drainage channel and an independent soakaway. The guys were present before 8am each day and completed the works earlier than expected. One of the ground-floor residents had this to say: "They were thoughtful men and seem to have done a great job with the minimum of fuss but the maximum skills. The fact that it was completed so quickly and left tidily is the mark of real professionals."

we have a very large gravel drive that had become worn and thin after over 20 years of use. The team removed the old gravel, compacted the base, cleared out the overground driveway borders and laid new gravel. Good price, excellent time keeping and professionalism and the whole job was completed in just two and a half days and within a week of the quote being provided. very happy with he result

Although they were unable to start the work when promised, once started they were excellent timekeepers starting work at 7am and working through till 4pm. They relaid paving slabs in part of the garden, put in a soak away and 2 small drains and then cleaned existing paving and filled in between the slabs with special grouting. We are delighted with the finished result. They had to clear the garden of lots of pots before starting the work and they put them all back once they had finished. Would certainly recommend them.

After many other quotes we decided to go with Town and Country and we are so pleased we did. We were given the address of local work that had been carried out so we could see the quality before committing - always a bonus these days. The men doing the work were hard working, polite and courteous, respectful of our property, left it tidy each day and finished on time. What more could we have asked ? Such an excellent job that we are now thinking of having the patio done by them too. We would not hesitate to recommend Town and Country to anyone who asks.
