Absolutely fantastic service! I had a blocked drain that was causing all sorts of issues, and they came out quickly and handled it with professionalism and efficiency. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They left the area clean and tidy, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of service. I contacted Town & Country due to drainage issues. From my first contact to the completion of the job, my experience has been simply amazing.
Lewis attended my home recently, he arrived at the appointed time and was very polite. After a short conversation he identified the possible issue and got to work straight away. In short time he had identified the defect and explained clearly to me the problem. I gave him the go ahead and my drainage was soon working better than before.
Lewis was professional, polite and kept me updated throughout the time he spent at my home.
