Incredibly efficient service and great communication throughout

Callum communicated with me before and after the job was completed and even threw in some free advice when I'd forgotten to remove some caps. Lovely guy. We're very happy 😊 and id definitely recommend 👌

Callum came out to see us same day and within 15 minutes he fixed our haunted noisy toilet - saving us money and sleep. He is the toilet exorcist!

Communication during the quote stage was very quick. Callum also explained what mixer valve he would suggest and what it would do in answer to my questions (I am not an expert!) Due to issues on both sides, the agreed date for the work to be carried out was delayed by a couple of days. However, when a new date was fixed, the job was carried out quickly, cleanly and efficiently.

the only criticism I would have was late arrival owing to an administrative error.
