    Review front door lock not locking properly

    David was quick and courteous and able to diagnose the problem and had the parts to fix the door and locking mechanism there and then.

    WOW, First Class. Came in 20 minutes on a Friday evening in York traffic. Immediately sorted the problem. The he diagnosed the underlying causes and fixed those too Full of excellent friendlyy advice. Thank you Dave.

    My request for a free quote was answered promptly. Visit for the quote was less than 2 hours later and the job completed there and then. I was given help and advise about different product before deciding what would be best for me. I was also told very clearly how to register the product in case I had any issues at any point. My property was respected by a very polite locksmith and no mess was left. I would certainly use them again.

    Great service

    We contacted David to arrange a convenient time to do a lock change/ repair. He was knowledgeable and professional. He arrived punctually. He assesssed the problem and gave us good honest advice before we committed to having the work done. He went above and beyond by adapting the handle so ensuring we could safely use the door easily. The cost of the change of lock etc was very reasonable. We will certainly use David and Towergate Locksmith Ltd again if required in the future .
