Very positive experience. Glenn arrived perfectly on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. The floor looks absolutely stunning and he also provided clear aftercare instructions to keep it that way. Very happy.

Good experience with Touchwood. Glenn carried out the job on the date planned and got it all done over a couple of days. We were working from home over those days so he let us know when he'd be making noise to check it wasn't an issue for meeting etc. we had. Overall finish was very good the floorboards look great now.

Communication was good from my initial enquiry until completion. The work was started on the agreed date and was completed on time. Very happy with the service, Glenn kept everything clean and tidy and most importantly the floors looked great when finished.

Glenn has done a brilliant job sanding and reoiling our engineered oak floors this week and removing some water damage staining from a dishwasher leak. It was not an easy task with a busy household of 4 to work around but he has been professional, diligent and helpful throughout and his work is faultless. We are delighted with the finish and would highly recommend Touchwood Flooring to anyone looking for similar services.

Glenn did a beautiful job sanding and finishing the floorboards of our ground floor, and laying laminate on our 1st floor. The work was high quality and he was accommodating of our schedule, and a pleasure to have around the house.
