Brilliant work carried by Sean his attention to detail was exceptional and Sam the boss was great in his communication, I would definitely highly recommend this company and if you have Sean working you will not be disappointed he was superb,thank you Touchstone I am a very happy customer and would definitely use your services again

Weekly grounds maintenance completed to an excellent standard as usual.

Touchstone were absolutely brilliant and our patio is absolutely beautiful. What I appreciated most was how meticulous they were with their work. Even at the end of the day the site was spotless and the work in progress looked essentially finished (but smaller!). Also super friendly, good bants and fantastic communicators. Can’t recommend them enough.

Sams workmanship has been amazing. I could not recommend this man highly enough. He was punctual, polite & was always prepared to go that extra step to make sure I was completely satisfied with the project. I will certainly be recommending Touchstone to my friends & family.

Contact Touchstone with a view to getting our sleepers repaired. Initial comms. were prompt, and as requested, I provided photos and contact details, incl. phone number. Arranged for 09:30 meet in two weeks time. There all morning, no sign of them. Told that they had arrived earlier than planned, knocked and then left. Despite them requesting my phone number, did not call. Did not wait until the agreed time. Emailed saying they would rearrange a visit and would get back to me that week. Since, then radio silence - ignored all follow up emails, all phone calls. Two weeks later, nothing.
