  Replacing box gutter

  Harrison and his team are excellent. The old box gutter was in bad condition and we were needing repairs over winter / bad weather. Harrison quickly found a solution that meant the repairs could be done quickly to resolve a leak and was communicative in the lead up and throughout about what was being done and timing of it. He also spotted additional issues / repairs whilst scaffolding was up so that everything could be resolved cost effectively and at a fair and reasonable price. Quality of the work is excellent and no issues. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again

  Gutter fix

  Excellent Work!

  Harrison & team replaced the guttering on my mother's bungalow, along with installing a extractor fan vent in the roof. The work carried out was excellent and as we had some dampness in one of the bedrooms he also unblocked the soak away to resolve the problem. Whilst working he noticed a couple of other tiles that needed attention along with a waste pipe that wasn't positioned correctly. He resolved these issues too and overall the cost was reasonable. The work was carried out efficiently within the expected time frame. I highly recommend him, he was very personable to deal with too.

  Chimney Truncation

  To The Top Roofing & Building completed a truncation of a chimney at a site in Surrey . I cannot fault Harrison and the team. As of our office is based in Stockport, it can often be challenging to work with and coordinate contractors attending our sites in the south of the country. Their communication throughout the job and providing completion images as well as advisories for potential future works, made the job very easy to manage and I will be using them again.

  We contracted To The Top Roofing for roof work on our recently purchased house. The job turned out to be much greater than expected due to decades of poor repairs and lack of maintenance. Harrison took on the challenge and saw it through to completion. He is methodical in his approach, kept us in the loop/involved and has been very clear, transparent and honest throughout the process. He has essentially redesigned & rebuilt our flat roof and it’s now “the bollocks” in roofer terms! We are incredibly grateful to have had him on this project, thanks from us all Harrison!
