Richard came to give a free quote, and then followed up to arrange a suitable date for the job. On the day, he and his colleague arrived within the agreed time, did the job and left the whole place tidy. He even went out of his way to trim some trees in front of the house. I will use Totham again should the need arise.

Richard and his colleague did a great job for us cutting back our high laurel hedge, which was beginning to overshadow the garden. Friendly fast and efficient, got rid of all the cuttings and left us with a much neater and lighter garden space.
