John and James arrived when they said they would, talked through the job with me to make sure we all understood the task, checked back on a number of occasions to make sure that the height reduction to the trees was as agreed, and cleared away all cuttings. They were efficient and personable and we felt confident that they knew what they were doing.

Our apple tree has been infested with moths and their nests that were slowly eating their way through the tree, so although this isn’t the recommended time of year for tree cutting, James cut the tree back very carefully to save the tree from being totally destroyed. The work was carried out promptly and with care. Everything was cleaned up perfectly and the rubbish removed. Highly recommend Total Tree care services for a professional job.

James and John are excellent and knowledgeable professional tree surgeons and we can highly recommend them. They are very reliable and provide great advice on how to manage and maintain healthy trees. At this appointment they trimmed, crowned and shaped a variety of trees including huge magnolias and pine trees. They removed all the cuttings and left the garden looking wonderful!

A guy contacted me after I posted my job and arranged to come and look at my tree a few days later. I waited in but he didn’t arrive or even have the courtesy to ring or even text to let me know he was no longer interested. Complete waste of my time when I could have been looking elsewhere. Unprofessional.
