I have used Total Tree Care to look after the trees in my garden. They are reliable, polite and extremely good at looking after the trees. I highly recommend them. I requested a quote from Total Tree Care for some potential either pruning or tree removal of 2 trees. Josh took the time to talk to me to understand my thoughts, and sent me quotes for both options the same day. We agreed to go ahead with removal 1 tree and pruning of another. On the agreed day, Alex and Seb turned up as advised and, despite the pouring rain, did exactly as I asked in a quiet, no nonsense and professional manner. Exceedingly professional company, from the start of contact (administration) through to the assessment of the work to be done, then completion. Excellent job. Have used Total Tree Care in the past and have always been impressed. Knowledgable, friendly and very professional. Turned up on site when they said they would and the work was done very quickly. Absolutely amazing service! Helped me get my cat out of a ridiculously high tree when no one else would, so quickly too.
