Excellent guys . Had a problem with loose ridge tiles they explained every thing step by step about the new dry ridge system . Scaffolding tower went up and was down in same day we were very happy with total secure roofing would highly recommend as I have done to our family and friends .

They clearly explained the issue, completed the repair as promised, and charged a fair price. I was impressed with their workmanship and transparency and would happily recommend them.

Total Secure Roofing Ltd came out promptly, diagnosed the issue with our leaking roof, and clearly explained what needed to be done. All the problems were sorted without any issues, and the work was carried out professionally from start to finish. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Great from start to finish. I contacted them on a Saturday and they were round the next day to have a look at the problem. They identified and fixed the issue all within 4 hours. They took photos of before and after and explained everything along the way. They also fixed some small PVC damage free of charge. They offered the best price compared to other quotes that we had received and reassured us that they were probably trying to scare us into getting work we didn’t need. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs!

John and his team were great, explained all the work they were carrying out and provided a very reasonable quotation for the job. On top of this, they came back out when I was having issues days later (seperate leak away from leading) and they identified/fixed this within a day, even charging a reduced rate to help with this. Couldn’t recommend them more!
