  Chimney flaunching, tile reseating and moss removal

  Very pleased with the response I received total roofing solutions. From initial contact and communications on the Checkatrade App, to the first visit and inspection and then finally doing the work less than a week later. All work done as agreed and photos provided so I could see what a great job had been done too.

  Repair mortar to verge tile and make good render

  Daniel carried out some repair works work on my Dads roof and replaced the failed verge mortar. His price was very reasonable and he was very communicative, keeping me informed at all times. He was punctual and polite and although I wasn’t there, sent me photos of the completed work. Everything was completed to a good standard and the area was left neat and tidy. He also went the extra mile and made good some existing render which was not part of the works for which he had originally quoted. See before and after photos I would definitely recommend and would use again if the need arises.

  Amazing from start to finish

  Total roofing solutions filled me with ease from start to finish. They responded to my enquiry quickly and booked me in for a quote within days. They were the only professionals that quoted us that got up on the roof to have a look, and took photos while up there for me to see what needed to be done, which was so incredibly helpful. Daniel was able to explain what needed to be done professionally and provided us with an instant quote. The work the guys carried out for us, was perfect, they were so polite and lovely.   Work completed to a high standard

  Dan and his team have completed several jobs on my roof to a very high standard. Guttering repaired and all gutters cleaned and hosed. Mortar replaced in the gulleys in roof, also all ridge tiles cleaned and mortar replaced. I found Dan and team to be punctual and hardworking with good communication skills. Left my property clean and tidy. Very satisfied with the work done.
