Lovely guys, cracking job!

Very prompt action, the whole roof on a terraced property was replaced within a week. Very helpful throughout the process, communicated clearly about any underlying issues they found during their initial inspections and subsequent work, and discussed potential solutions as impartially as possible without any upsell. While the price may not be the cheapest quote on offer, the work has been absolutely solid and definite value for money.

We had Total Roofing install new UPVC fascias and guttering. The attention to detail was outstanding. It’s made our home look cleaner and more modern. The price was fair and the team was a pleasure to work with.

The work was booked in quickly, however we are not pleased with the quality. They turned up late, which meant the job was rushed and they were scrabbling to finish as it got dark. The repointing is messy, with the mortar slapped over the existing mortar. We were told the gutters would be cleaned and moss cleaned off, but this was not done. They missed a few of the tiles which I had to point out before they left, and they corrected. They stepped onto tiles to access the higher roof which has made me nervous of tile damage. A written contract was asked for but not provided. Would not use again.

We new the roof was horrible and old John came out told us wot needed to be done absolutely life savers in that situation couldn’t be any happier with my new roof and good communication throughout which is assuming to get because not every trade is good with it
