From the very beginning Karl made everything so easy, he came round multiple times to discuss our plans. Karl's communication was amazing and it was nice to talk to someone with no hidden agendas he was always polite and answered every question we had. The price was very reasonable and more to the point the price quoted was the exact price we paid no hidden extras. Karl and his team arrived promptly everyday and the site was left clean and tidy every evening. We were so lucky to find Karl after getting builders in past who overcharged and left work unfinished. Karl is honest, reliable and his work is excellent. You can trust him 100%. He's easy to talk to and gives really good advice and keeps costs low.
