I had struggled to find a trades person willing to replace my fitted chimney cooker hood fan. The original was a 2002 neff model now obsolete and the nearest replacement model didn’t fit the original fitted units. The guys although not anticipating this as I had understood the dimensions to be the same as the old one, worked round this and made adjustments to the fitted housing to accommodate the new extractor fan. I was very happy with the work done. The guys were very professional and I was very happy with the standard of work and the price quoted.

We used Total Property Fix Ltd to paint our garage ready for a home gym and couldn’t be happier. The transformation is huge – from a dull brick space to a bright, clean gym that actually makes you want to train. Finish is spot on and really tidy throughout.
