My tenant had been experiencing intermittent damp and mould issues in a semi-detached property over a period of several years. Damp and timber surveys were conducted with specialist humidity sensors and equipment. The results of the survey were presented to me in a report that was easy to understand, including images to support their findings. Recommendations were provided, which consisted of an upgrade to the extractor fan in the bathroom and undercuts to the bottom of all internal doors in the property. The initial quote was for damproofing but further problems were discovered - rotten joists and inefficient air ducting under floor. All steps were carefully explained, photos taken etc..Workmen were extremely efficient, very courteous and in my opinion did 'over and above' , including explaining everything, giving me options etc. I was more than pleased and would HIGHLY recommend.

From initial consultation with Graham to completion, our experience with TP was outstanding. After diagnosing our problem, a clear infestation of woodworm and some serious damage to our floor, Liam and Keith installed new joists and floorboards, ready to stain and lacquer. From what had seemed like a disastrous situation, we now have a beautiful looking new floor. TP installed new air bricks to protect against the damp that caused the original problem and went above and beyond to ensure that the new flooring is ready for decoration. Lovely guys and ultra professional and very fairly priced.
