Matt has been fantastic in dealing with my property! After a stressful RICs survey, and going round in circles I called Total Moisture Control UK via check a trade and got put through to Matt. He has been such a reassuring and helpful person, helping me work out what needed doing. Appreciating my time constraints and fitting me in ASAP and just going above and beyond to make sure I understood the outcome of his findings. Report was back the next day, and providing me with contractors to rectify issues. Thank you so much Matt! You're a star!
