I engaged Matt to perform a survey on an old terraced house which suffers from damp and mold issues as I had previously received feedback from builders that suggested it was all due to lack of ventilation. Matt performed a thorough investigation of the house within a few days of being instructed and his very detailed , clear yet concise report and follow up telephone conversation confirmed some more underlying issues. I cannot recommend Matt enough for his overall communication, in depth knowledge, and practical advice in identifying all the issues that need to be addressed.

Matthew was thorough with his work and explained in detail and in a clear way what the issues were that I needed to fix to sort the damp issues out with my house. He also was able to get the work done in a good time from when I requested his help.
