I recently had plumbing work done in my office by Total Home Remodeling Ltd, and I am extremely satisfied with the results! From the moment they arrived, their professionalism was evident. Absolutely appalling communication and workmanship skills. Hervan and his team would regularly not tell me when they would show up. Eventually, after a series of elaborate excuses, they stopped turning up at all. No communication and after months of trying to contact, I was told that they would not be finishing the job. I was not informed what had been completed and was left with not even a half-finished kitchen, for which he tried to overcharge me twice. Subsequent builders have all commented on the shoddy workmanship and I have spent a fortune trying to correct. Avoid at all costs!
