  Booked in for 2pm, engineer arrived at 12pm. I wasn't home and couldn't get home, explained this over the doorbell and that it was booked for 2pm. I was told by the engineer he'd "check with the office". Nobody came back, phone calls and messages ignored for a week since!

  Although due to family circumstances I’ve now had to put off work till next year. I found Scott to be extremely professional and knowledgeable courteous. I will definitely be contacting him again when I’m ready.

  Emergency boiler repair

  Really pleased with the work Matt did. We had a real emergency on our hands, and it was a big job that he handled it with ease. What luck to find competent plumbers who are also reliable, punctual and a pleasure to have around. Matt and Scott have helped us out at three properties now with more to come. They are the first people we call. Highly recommend.

  Boiler repair

  I called total heating to ask them to take a look at my boiler as the pressure kept dropping and the heating kept cutting out. I had been let down by another company but Greg came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and returned the next day on time with the parts and did the repair. He was professional and would highly recommend

  new combi boiler install

  They were quick to reply and attended the same day. We had the new boiler fitted next day! They turned up when they said they would and put the flooring protection down straight away which I was worried about as we had just had all the flooring replaced before the boiler broke down but I didn’t need to worry. when they finished they cleaned the whole area and took the old boiler away. We highly recommend their services, in brief, punctual and knowledgeable with great communication.

  Boiler breakdown

  We were having constant problems with our boiler. When we called Total Heating they booked us in for the same day. They turned up at the time they said they would and diagnosed the faults quickly. He went straight out for the parts and we had heating again within 3 hours of phoning them. We haven’t had any problems since yet previously we had tried 3 other plumbers. Knowledgable, efficient and reliable.
